Caution to all potential buyers. Hate for you to say I told you so if you purchase from this seller/if any complications they will blame everything on you for any reason and refuse returns. I purchased a raptor grill for my 2008 ford f350 - first they sent wrong grill and tried to stick me with it until it was proven they actually grabbed wrong grill off shelf - second they gave me instructions to mail back other the blamed me for following thier instructions until I read them back to them - 3rd letter dont even fit mark says glue them which is the opposite reason I bought the paramount $379 and not the $149 china - fourth after all effort they send me a defective grill with small crack in corner but even though it should have been simple they again blame me. I returned the grill seeing that this was a on going issue and without explanation they give me a partial refund of $189 out of $379 and won't respond to me. Luckily I had ebay buyer protection and once they confirmed the entire situation they insured the remaining balance. I sware to you its in your best interest to purchase elsewhere they are awful and will not work with you just reverse everything and what I consider rob you. Owner continues to say he did everything in his power to resolve the issue but at end of the day attempted to keep half my money with no explanation
