Absolutely terrible. Three days out on the truck and no delivery. they told me I'd get it when ever they got around to delivering it

Never received my package. I order from Amazon at least one a week. Use the same address. My package was not delivered, there were a few reasons. They could not find it, there was a confusion because the city had south in it, even though the zip code was correct.
Then it was, I moved. Amazon contacted them to redelivery, they said I refused the package and it was returned to sender.

Very frustrating because it is a gift.

I would NEVER recommend this facility, I have been waiting since June 30 for them to come and pick up a package I wanted to refuse, I could not refuse it on delivery because I was away and so they just left the package outside and it poured that night, then I had to call 29 times for them to come back and pick it up, which never happened and so I have to go there tomorrow to refuse it and get it sent back to the sender! They should be ashamed of themselves for the crappy service they provide ( or should I say don't provide) each time I called they promised they would be here, liars and undependable, I will never order again if it is going to shipped thru UPS, should stand for Undependable Parcel Service!!!!!!!!!!!

My packages were delayed because of weather... I live 15 minutes from your warehouse and I know it's not snowing or anything. Ups should know most people were not born yesterday.

The hours are horrible. Especially if you do not live in Brockton; they make it virtually impossible to retreive a package from this facility. If the facility is not going to be open on Saturday at all, it should be open earlier at least one day a week (i.e., 8 a.m. or earlier for those who work).
