I see Dr. Palmer and she is fantastic. Very professional, caring and responsive to my needs. A real genuine feeling of care. The front office staff is always professional and nice. Yes, a little costly. However, all medical costs are high these days. Mt health is important and good care comes with a price in the U.S.A.

The counselors don't seem to care much about your problems as they do the almighty dollar. Once I was placed on medication, every month I needed to make time around the Doctor's schedule (not my work schedule), pay my $15.00 co-pay (God knows what they charged insurance) for a 5 minute session of "How are the meds working?" My answer, "They seem to be ok." Then schedule the next month's appointment and I was out of there. Also, I took some time off work several times when they made me sit in the waiting area for over an hour with my husband waiting on me in the car!

Since my meds were fine, I had my primary doctor prescribe them. He sees me once every 6 months and that works out just fine. I meet with a wonderful counselor as well.

They really only want your money here, the most caring person was the front desk person. That's my experience.
