If I could rate this with ZERO STARS, I would. This plumber, Rusty Moore, is a shady plumber. My mother found this company in a magazine for senior services. Rusty has NO EXPERTISE, and he left to get a part for over 45 minutes, and charged me for that as well, so his promptness sucked. NONE OF THIS IS PROFESSIONAL. He left my tub spout in worse condition than it was before he tried fixing it. After he got ahold of my spout, I now have NO COLD WATER, and EXTREMELY LOW PRESSURE. They charged me $250!! When I called to let them know I CANNOT SHOWER, due to only hot water (with it being as hot as it is out), they set up another appointment for the next day, and never showed back up. I've taken off of work,, and losing more money with this company. They also will not respond to my calls.
