Poor Customer Service

I was recommended this salon so I made an appointment. They called to confirm my appointment time the day before. I show up on time & they tell me its going to be just a few moments until I can get in for my cut & color. I has allotted 3 hours to get my hair cut & styled. Plenty of time right???? I sat for 45 min & then the gal comes out & tells me I have to pick between my cut or color. She didn’t have time to do both. (Now I am overly peeved I sat for 45 min & now I cant get my hair done) & this is AFTER they call to confirm my appt. She told me her first client of the day set her so far back. She would not give me an answer as to why she didn’t give me a call & give me a heads up, or why she didn’t tell me she was running 45 min behind. She turns my hair, blue, pink & grey. Not what I wanted. A deep dark red & a few peakaboo blonde highlights. Needless to say I leave the shop with a wet head & punkish hair. After some begging I with her & the store owner They agreed for me to come in on a Sunday to have it fixed. She wanted to charge me 120.00 because she needed to charge me for the day before. I paid 95.00 but neither time did she dry or style my hair. The salon owner still has not returned my call from Monday. Today is Friday. I would not recommend this salon to anyone I know.
