Very rude & poor attitude. A friend that's struggling w/severe health problems attempted to locate her child to send her flowers, her child just moved in w/her father in the last few weeks, since then my friend has lost family members, had some major health upheavals & other things that can cause a person to misplace such paperwork & the female that answered could have been more polite & a lot less rude. She has no idea what this lady is going through or her constant fight for life & to attempt to live a normal one & she was rude, her voice was short & mean, she said "if your her mother you should have that information, I'm not giving it to you". You don't know the struggles this mother goes through & yet you're going to be that rude, ever thought maybe she is fighting cancer? Heart disease? Liver failure? You just treated a stranger whose trying to send her daughter flowers for her birthday like junk. I hope someone returns the favor to you when you're struggling to just live.
