My experience was okay, I suppose. I felt unprepared, because when I got there they asked me for documents that I didn't have on me because I wasn't informed to bring them. Thankfully, I got what they needed and everything went alright. I got a decent car and the people were nice. I paid a lot for it though. 223 dollars for a 4 day rental. Just seems expensive. Anyways, that was my experience.

I rented a car for the weekend in Muskogee. When we arrived in a RV, imagine my surprise to find the Muskogee office closed @ noon, a fact the girl in the Muskogee office failed to mention when I booked, and it was 12:20. With no way to get around, the trip would have been ruined as I called every other option in Muskogee. After about an hour, I called the main office of Enterprise hoping to bribe someone to bring our car or meet us at the office. She directed me to the closest Enterprise in Broken Arrow that was open till 3. I called that office, speaking to Zack, and he let me transfer my reservation and even let us drop it off at the Muskogee Enterprise....that's as good as it can get! Enterprise will always be my FIRST choice from now on.
