Great people and even better advice! This place is very clean and has a certain 'atmosphere' that really puts you into a state of focus. Johnny and Christina are great people and really know how to 'get in your kitchen' and tell you what you need to hear about your exercise, diet, and lifestyle - in a the nicest, genuine way I have ever seen. I definitely recommend them to ANYONE even thinking about changing their body physique or better, just wanting to improve their life. Go see them!
