Overpriced and not that good.

I came in here several times, and they were always out of the donuts I was craving. No big deal, I just went to another donut store. I was excited when I was on groupon and found that they had a coupon, so I bought it! When I went to try and use a groupon that I had for Paradise Donuts. I did not realize at the time that they were not accepted at their particular location, that I had to go to another location off of 81st and Garnett! All she simply had to do was politely tell me that they were not accepted there, and I would have had no problem. However, she was so incrediably rude and bitter, that she drew the attention of the entire establishment (Which they had at SEVERAL people in there) towards me! She made me feel about an inch tall in front of my son and all those other people in there. I was so embarressed and extremely angry when I left. It is always the same lady who works the counter all the time, as I have never seen anyone different. I have always dismissed her poor attitude, because I figure she is probably just having a bad day! Besides, I am there for the donuts, not to be her friend. However, I no longer wish brush it off. I will NEVER be back! I will drive out of my way to the other location at 81st and Garnett from now on! They have superior customer service, and are genuinely happy over there! There is no comparison! If you want great service along with tasty donuts, take the time to drive over to 81st and Garnett! You will be glad you did, and will not be disappointed! If you go here, you will quickly learn what true terrible customer service is like!
