Purchased 2022 Armada and the attention to detail in the hand off is horrible. Headliner is stained and covered in black fingerprints and waterstains. The Nelson logo on the car is tilted. Still waiting on ownership manuals. Regret tje purchase, shoukd have hone elsewhere. Overall dealership quality is horrible and of course they're too busy to take care of it.

Nelson Nissan may offer a three day return policy but we learned the hard way what that means. My wife "purchased" a car and was told she had seven days to return it. (Actually the policy is seven days to exchange it.) Realizing it was not the right car or deal she took the car back the very same day. James Dixon, sales manager, pressured her into taking the car home again refusing to honor the 3 day return policy. Only after talking to someone higher in the Nelson organization AND giving my lawyer's name dos they honor the policy. BOTTOM LINE- DO NOT DRIVE A CAR OFF THE LOT UNLESS YOU REALLY WANT IT or you will have to fight and PAY A $300 restocking fee. Like all car dealers the devil is in the details.

I drove from Arkansas to trade. Looked/drove the car in the rain, my bad for not checking every detail, but I would think they would be honest enough to advise you of features that do not work like all the power door locks/alarm system, CD player. Don't trust these people

Bad service

On December 6th, 2013, i took my 09 nissan versa in for an alignment and was told by one of the service advisors that it will take an hour to hour and a half for them to get her done. So i agreed and waited on for an hour later, the service advisor who goes by Wayne came out told me i'll have to have new struts, strut bearings and possible new subframe in order for them to do the alignment. I know that my struts and bearings are good and i've just replaced the lower control arms and lower balljoints on both sides and put in new bushings in the subframe so the vehicle was ready for the alignment, but all the mechanic did was hooked up his half a** alignment machine and gave me a bunch of bs which will cost $500 or $700 depending on what they do. I told wayne no. And he still scammed $50 out of me for not even touched my car. This place looked so desperate in need of money and business because the whole time i've been in there, there werent any more than three customers waiting for their vehicles to be screwed and scammed by this place. I strongly recommend everyone to STAY AWAY from this dealership! They only want to scam more money out of you. They dont even care about what your vehicle needs. Great Service & 100000 Mile Warranty

I can not believe how friendly the staff was at Nelson Nissan in Broken Arrow. I was in and out in less than an hour with my New Nissan Versa. I could not believe that I recieved a free 100000 mile warranty at Nelson Nissan and their competitior was trying to sell me a cheesy extended warraty, but dont fall for it. Buy at Nelson Nissan & you will be satisfied.

Best in Town

Just bought the second car from them. They blew away Jackie Cooper's ridiculous trade-in offer, and matched their price on the "clearance" vehicle, even though it wasnt' on clearance. Sales guy, Donnie Hill, was good to work with. Thanks Nelson.

Don't waste your time

I was charged more than the price listed on the internet, which was also $2000 over blue book. The car has been plagued with issues that should have been addressed prior to their putting it on the lot...engine, transmission, battery, starter, rust...you name it. The service department seems to work well, but the sales department is a joke. Go somewhere else, DO NOT buy from these guys.
