I recently purchased a used pool table and contacted One Billiards to move and re-felt it. When I first called the owner Josh picked up and was very helpful and polite. Josh personally oversaw the project and did so at an amazing price! Once it was disassembled they wrapped it up in moving blankets and took such care as if it was their own table. They checked the level many times during the install (more than I would have), and were so meticulous in their work. We were even given new tan chalk to match our new felt as the green we previously had would have left marks. It felt almost like a dream how well and worry free if was. I would defiantly use them again and recommend them to anyone looking to escape the spotty and overpriced work done by others around town.

Purchased a pool table, foosball table and countless accessories from One Billiards. I have also had them move both my game tables to a new house. Every time I go into the store, I am greeted with courtesy and a no pressure environment. When doing the install, I was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism displayed as they made sure everything was perfect before leaving my home. Do not hesitate to use these guys!!!

Waited 4 months for felt to arrive. When it finally got here they dropped 14 staples on the ground while installing it. I found the staples when i stepped on one puncturing my toe. Josh the owner said when they install sometimes they go flying and they usually they pick them up with a magnet but they forgot to bring it this time. I didn't mind the wait but it really pisses me off that he was sloppy and didn't clean up after himself and I had to step on a staple and bleed on my carpet as a result of his negligence. I would recommend looking elsewhere for your billiard needs
