I've had two exhausts installed on two different vehicles and have had no issues.
The job is done quick and right and Mike is easy to work with.

" You're but a stranger once" That sign hung over the payment center at Ralston"s Muffler Shop 11 years ago when I first became a customer. I purchased a muffler that had a three year warranty, well it went bad in two years, what was amazing to me was this honesty that Mike demonstrated when he replaced it without question, without trying to sell me something else, he simply said " Bring it in I will take care of it. 2016 I called a towing company to come get my car because it could not be driven, and the charge was $70.00, I called and told Scott and he said "Cancel that tow, I am coming to get your car" These are my experiences with Ralston"s Muffler, there are not many shops that would offer that type of services to customers, but they do. Mike and Scott are the Batman and Robin of repair shops in my opinion. I am a female customer who would say to any woman customers these men have integrity. Ralston's Muffler Shop in Broken Arrow, trusted mechanics.

Only visit Ralston's Muffler Shop if you want visit them again soon. I took my Jeep in for a new muffler. A simple enough process. Got a phone call a few hours later and the man informed me that my Jeep was ready. I got dropped off at the muffler shop to pick up my Jeep. When I went to pay for the services done to my Jeep the man informed me that their card reader was down and that they could only accept cash or check. I then had to walk to a near by gas station to withdraw cash. About 6 weeks later my new muffler blew out again. Took my Jeep back to Ralstons due to my muffler being brand new. They said my catalytic converter blew out my muffler and that I would have to pay again to get my muffler repaired for the second time. I agreed and payed extra to have catalytic converter removed. Picked up my Jeep the next day. Got my Jeep home and was taking a look at my brand new muffler. Realized that my catalytic converter had indeed not been cut off. I was forced to call Ralstons and inform that I payed for a service to be performed to my Jeep and it had not been done. I must now take my Jeep back to Ralstons for a third time. Miscommunication and poor services done at Ralstons since the beginning. Unless you want to make several trips up there and waste your time and money do not visit Ralsont's Muffler service in Broken Arrow.
