I've used Robertson's for at least 5 years now. I would highly recommend them for almost all types of automotive service, not just tires. I've used them for many services from the routine tire changes to more complex engine diagnostics and repair. On all these occasions, the service has been top-notch. For this, I give them a 5-star rating.



I gave them a overall 4-star rating because, unfortunately, my wife's experience with them was not as exemplary. A persistent problem with anything related to cars is that many businesses and their employees treat women like children. My wife had the same experience a couple of years ago when needing a new car battery. I cannot speak to the specifics because I wasn't there. If I had been, no doubt the experience would have been completely different because it almost never happens to men. Yes, it's sexist. Yes, it stinks. And yes, it still occurs in this society.



Her experience notwithstanding, I give them 4 stars and still use them although I won't send my wife anymore because a successful, professional woman should not have to tolerate this behavior from anyone.
