Repairman never arrived for scheduled appointment. Did not call.



Attempts by Whirlpool and myself to contact repair service unsuccessful.



Avoid this business like the plague.

We scheduled a washing machine repair with this guy through whirlpool's warranty service and he didn't show up or even give a courtesy call to let us know he wouldn't be here. I had to call him to find out what was going on and reschedule. At our second appointment he again didn't show up or even call us.



When we were finally able to get him to work with us he still wouldn't come out. He diagnosed our machine over the phone and said he would let us know when we could expect the parts to be in. We never heard back from him.



He is the only whirlpool warranty repair man in the area and whirlpool wouldn't help us with him or get us a different repair man either. We ended up having to pay someone else to fix it out of pocket.
