I called this location looking for a new family Dr. I asked if they were accepting new patients and the receptionist says well that depends. So I replied depends on what? She asked what kind of insurance I had which is fine I understand sometimes doctors and or locations don't accept state insurance or self pay but I explained I had insurance through my employer and what type of insurance it was. Then she proceeded to ask what Dr I had currently how often do I see them and for what if I take any medications if so what? (Im thinking isn't the doctor supposed to ask these questions) she continued to ask if my family takes any medications etc then said well I'll talk the her (the Doctor) and call you back. Never received a call back. Very unprofessional I'd say and I never received a call back. Poor experience on the phone I can only imagine in house. I'm sorry I called.
