For over 20 years, Affinity Health Plan has been offering free or low-cost health coverage to New Yorkers who have Medicaid or no health insurance at all. We work with over 10,000 primary care and specialty doctors to make sure our Members get the services they need. We also give our Members information to help them seek care wisely.
