horrible customer service, had an apartment for two years with this people, they were very nice when u sing in the papers for the apartment but once u are in they just try to scam you any way the can. They try to make me double pay the rent twice claiming that there was no record of payment when I used to go in person every month to pay the rent, the first month I had to pay it cause I lost the proved of payment but when they tried to do it again I was ready with all my receipt, it's been two months since I moved out of this place and they still giving me a hard time to give me the deposit back even though I left the place in perfect condition, it's ether that the manager is not there to release the check, or it's not ready, come back next week.. I just can understand of a business with a revenue of 2 million dollars can be so unprofessional.
