Loved the customers & love the products but working there was impossible. Off for over a month; weeks at a time—with HR and management not helping or caring is no way to live. I rather keep my dignity and sanity instead of waiting anxiously to see if I work every week just to be off again. Mentally, emotionally and physically takes a toll and is draining. Not worth the stress, depression or false promises.

Went to the mall on Sunday early morning was greeted by the best Customer service rep named David. For the first time i must say the service was excellent. Please hire more workers like David. Also for once they had the products they advertised. Hope everyone has the same experience I had on Sunday :D. They got all stars wooot wooot
