They often mess up the prescription. They once lost my filled prescription. They kept saying that someone already picked it up and signed the log. I asked to see the log and it appeared that it was someone that I don't even know. I complained and they did not even care or apoligize as if it was not their problem. I came again and complained again and finally they found my medications. It was there but the staff there could not locate it at the time and for some reason someone else signed the log under my prescription line. They did not even aplogize for their wrong act. They are very irresponsible and very unprofessional.



They at least gave short medications to my parents a few times. They don't even have the courtesey to call and apolize. Many time we had to go back to the pharmacy to complain and to get the right amount of medications prescribed.
