I bought a yorkie here and am very happy, but when I came to bring him for grooming it was a whole different experience. The owner is mean and I was told by others that this is how he really is. My friend and business owner in the neighborhood bought two dogs here and has had negative experiences with the owner as well. He needs an attitude adjustment.The guys that work there are very kind and I feel bad that I have decided not to continue bringing my yorkie for grooming here, but why go to a place to spend my money to be yelled at and called names. My yorkie is a joy.

It's not good!!!! You can't exchange anything even with receipt. The manager there is rude and has an attitude to get what he wants...... Don't pay attention you have the receipt and you can change it if not i suggest you make this a personal matter and try to get your money back if not theres always cops!!!!

if anyone who has been to Crosby Pet Center...that took their dog there for grooming...Michelle left and i really need to find her !!! She's the Best. Please right it down on here! thank you.
