No viable solution for cracked countertop on delivery other than "send it back, we'll fix it but you have to pick it up we won't re-deliver". Stuck with a brand-new defective product that I must now repair before I install. Browbeat me over the phone - guess I'm just a stupid woman at their mercy. Never again, will tell the world to AVOID them.
