After a conversation with a helpful phone sales rep, we placed the order online on a Thursday afternoon and FedEx delivered the bed two days later on Saturday -- at no extra charge!
It was very simple to set up and exceeds our expectations for comfort and a solid build.

Was more than a bit unsettled at some of this company's ratings, but I have learned that there are a lot of trolls on the internet, and also that you cannot believe everything you read on it. This is true for this company. They rushed my order through and I received it amazingly quick. Very thankful for that, since I was sleeping on the hideabed from Hell. (I ordered the mattress boards). The boards arrived in fine condition and were promptly put under the mattress. And they work! Comfort is greatly improved. Anyway, don't always believe what you read, and give this company a chance to show you, too, what a great job they can do! Thank you, FoldingBed.net for a job well done!

I read about the Sensational Complete High Rise Trundle Bed on the Folding Bed website and liked what I read. I ordered it. I liked that there was no shipping charge but wondered how that might impact delivery. I needn't have been concerned. Within 16 business days, our bed arrived in perfect condition. Very nice quality. Mattresses are very firm as we like. Doing business with Folding Bed was a pleasure. They provided professional and courteous service. I would gladly and confidently do business with them again.

The roll away bed I received was fantastic! I got it in a timely and stress free fashion. I will definitely consider this company the next time I need furniture.

Do not buy anything from this company. Terrible customer service. Return policy is horrible. I purchased folding bed for $260.00. I figured at that price it would be a good bed. What a disappointment, bed was too load and mattress was only about 1 inch in height. I called them and they told me I needed to send them an email. I did that and they replied to my email stating that I should have read their return policy and that I signed off on it when I made the purchase. I called them up the next day and the person I spoke to was very non caring and had a whatever attitude. Long story short if I return the roll away bed it will cost me more than if I just keep it. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE. RETURN POLICY IS HORRIBLE.

Great Service. I ordered the supreme deluxe roll away bed and could not be happier. It was delivered very fast and the quality is outstanding.

Terrible return policy and EXTREMELY deceptive. 25% restocking fee plus you pay for return shipping. Will NEVER buy from again. I have confirmed what Wendy is saying; first reviewer works for the company. Wish I could rate with negative stars.

Worst customer service I ever experienced. The item I ordered was discontinued (I was told), but no one bothered to let me know.
