Most of the ladies do a Great job! But most of the time is wasted on inter-employee GOSSIP and Personal relationship issues. If more time was spent on better customer service you'll have a better satisfaction rate. Because of this there is a tremendous waiting time. I personally have waited 2 hours to 4 hours for a fill-in and pedi. Most of the people generally get tired and look else where. Not to mention they pick and choose who they want to work on if your usual person isn't there.
