I was a tenant here. The experience was HORRIBLE. Poor communication, mice, old appliances, lack of accountability for any needs necessary for your home and the list goes on. I recently moved out of here and they don't want to return my security deposit! Unbelievable! Do yourself a favor and DO NOT rent their units.

I lived this apartment around 3 years. apartment is nice and clean. Only problem is landlord. During leaving my apartment , owner of building don't want to return my deposit. after more than one month leaving of this apartment , owner of building didn't return my deposit. so, be careful such type of owner. I will suggest to choose this apartment for your leaving because owner rude behavior and not willing to return deposit. They charge one and half month deposit.
