I love this place... the food is great.. however, I have gone in person with my wife for take-out and by my surprise, the woman at the window was very rude to her. This happened on Saturday on the 12th of February at approx 2 30 pm. She rudely asked my wife "What do you want?" Upon seeing my expression and not tolerating her rudeness she immediately changed her attitude and politely took our order. I think managers should remind their employees on how to treat customers with respect and with courtesy. Overall, the food was great....

ok, everyone that knows pancakes knows IHOP has the best! Anyway, this location is always crowded on weekends, so try and go early in the morning to avoid the crowd! Waiters are fast but always read your receipt carefully..if you go after 4pm weekdays kids eat free!!! Prices are decent and they recently added new items on the dinner menu that my hubbie loves..the $9.99 shrimp dinner is great! There are healthy choices for the weight watchers, like egg beaters or egg white substitutes, turkey bacon, and sugar free syrup etc etc.
