Absolutely brutal. The moving guys (the guys lifting) were fine but the business, the sales reps and the manager were probably some of the worst people around. They jacked the price mid move, then lied about when it would get to the destination to the make the sale. Then when we called to complain they refused to admit they gave us another date. They then threatened to stall the shipment if we didn't hang up and only communicate over e-mail with them and basically stop asking for service. Totally ridiculous. Shipment came nearly a month late. Like i said, brutal.

The actual movers are fantastic. The company and it's business practices leave A LOT to be desired...and for that reason I can't recommend the company. You never know what you will end up paying and they will definitely try to put the screws to you...even if you have a binding flat rate price. Be careful.
