This bus service is a disgrace!!! They never pick up the phone and even when OPT calls them to check up on your child, they don't answer. They should stick to private events rather than doing business with schools because they are very unreliable and have buses that are always breaking down and drivers that are late picking up your child or dropping them off.
If a could rate them a 1/2 a star that is what they would get from me. They are the worst bus service with horrible staff and drivers that seem to get lost with GPS. They do not deserve any school accounts because they are unreliable and I don't feel they are a safe company!

FANTASTIC BUS COMPANY. LOGAN BUS COMPANY DOES A WONDERFUL JOB. THEY HAVE BEEN DRIVING MY 2 CHILDREN TO THEIR BROOKLYN CLASSROOMS WITH NO PROBLEMS.

I love riding the big bus to school because the big bus is better than the little bus and it good and I love the big bus
