Hi my name is Ms Grant, this morning a i stop at the Mcdonalds at Yankee Stadium. which i do every day. this afternoon i stopped and got a quater pounder meal to take to work. we i got to work the bread was so hard when i bit it it broke into pieces, i could not leave work so i have to throw it away, very disappointed. i had to waste my hard earned money and have no lunch. but this is the second incident with this Mcdonalds location, Last week i went in an order breaskfast, the manager that rung my order must have not heard my order clearly. i ordered a steak bagel and a parfiat

when he gave me my order he handed me pancakes, i said that was not my order and he made me feel really bad, he started blowing and went to get the right order he shoved it in my hand. my last time at this Mcdonlds. i tryed calling them on the phone but it just rings. i work for a major company in New York City in customer service. i respect good customer service thats what keeps the customer coming back. i know this for a fact 14 years in customer service. i will never go to this Mcdonalds again i will even band my family from going there.
