It all seemed great AT FIRST, pricing was descent. However, after the FIRST fix, we called them 3 more times in less than three months to repair and fixes were obviously only temporary. When I finally decided to speak to the manager about a refund, I was told that the managers are only in from 8-10 and I would have to call back, call back, call back....I asked the receptionist to call the managers cell phone...She brushed me off and told me they would get the message tomorrow. VERY VERY RUDE!!!
