OPEN NOW - Closes at 5:00pm

This morning I arrived at the store approximately 9:45b in the morning only to find out that the store was opened but the establishment was actually closed...because there was an sign on the door with at clock saying & illustrating "will return at 11:00". I did not return at the "said" time, instead I called the number listed at "YP" only to be addressed by faxing machine sound. I'm not understanding how this medical supply is suppose to stay in business, if the staff is not in the store for patronage and when you call the number it seems to be a fax machine? I'm taking my business somewhere else, at when I visit the store or call on the phone, I will be acknowledge!
