"Cherry picks" cases...has no real interest in challenging clients. I called several places to inquire about family counseling and this was the only one who had to be called several times and, when I finally reached them by email stated that they do not take cases "like ours." Thank goodness, we were able to seek counseling elsewhere and all is now well. Much better services elsewhere in the City. No need to subject yourself to their unprofessionalism.
