Uptown Sports Complex offers a comprehensive baseball training program. Young athletes will refine their baseball skills by sharpening their knowledge and mental approach that is needed to succeed in the game.
Our professional coaches will teach all phases of the game, such as pitching, fielding, throwing, hitting, base running, bunting, and hand eye coordination. Our program also offers training drills used by professional athletes focusing on speed and agility, with a strong emphasis on good sportsmanship. Students will have full access to our state of the art batting cages and pitching tunnels.
It is our goal at USC to develop your child's sports skills while making friends and having fun!
All class participants must pay a $42 yearly registration fee.
Afternoon Classes:
This program will focus on the fundamentals of the game, such as hitting, throwing, and fielding. Your child will be in a fun and instructional environment while improving their performance, access to hitting tunnels, pitching mounds, instructional training aids, as well as agility, strength, and conditioning equipment. Helmets and bats available must bring your own gloves.

Signing up for the beginner's Muay Thai Kickboxing & Fitness course will enable you to take part in the following sessions:
Sunday 11:00am - 12:30pm Beginners Muay Thai Kickboxing
Thursday 6:45pm - 7:45pm -Pad Work & KickFit Circuits for Beginners
Structured to develop basic skills, awareness, physical fitness and improved self-confidence.
Each session is structured to enable students to learn and progress at their own pace.
This session consists of the very best in non-contact Muay Thai kickboxing, boxing fitness and conditioning. Our KickFit Circuits program will get you fit and make your body a lean, fit fighting machine.
Please Note: Places for this course is limited to 12 students per session.
This will provide a personal trainer concept to your tuition.
Bookings are taken on a first come, first serve basis.
