Ive never experienced such traumatic emotional stress. On September 2 I went to Judy for one process hair color. she had left the color in my hair for over 35 minutes while she stepped out 3 times and left me on her chair. She over processed my hair that when she washed it and went to blow it out my hair was not only falling but breaking off. I had hair down to my lower back literally over 5 inches was ruined. i had no choice but to cut it all off. My hair is so damaged and fried and briddle. I went back to her to complain how horrible my experience has been . she showed no remorse nor feeling as to what was done. I'm am so unhappy with my hair.
