Let me tell you all about Dolce Vita Esthetique.

This place is run by Domonique, whom I assume is Satan's wife, and her husband Satan, or as he calls himself, Anthony.

I call Dolce Vita Esthetique to schedule an appointment for myself and for my sister for facials, and successfully make an appointment with the owner, Domonique, for the next day. I am asked if I have a coupon to her spa (store?), and I tell her I do not. I did not have any sort of coupon to their store. Coincidentally, my sister had purchased their GROUPON for herself, and called them shortly after I spoke to Domonique to set up an appointment (she had not realized I already booked the appointments for us).

Upon giving Dolce Vita Esthetique her name to schedule the appointment for the Groupon she had purchased, Domonique sees her name on the appointment list, and starts yelling at my sister and calling me a liar for telling her that I did not have a coupon. Again, never did I at any time get a coupon to their store, not that that should make a difference.

I get a call from my sister who is very upset and she breaks down the situation and tells me that Domonique had been very condescending and abusive on the phone and had called me a liar amongst many other things.

I call Dolce Vita Esthetique to find out what the problem was.
At once Domonique starts yelling and calling me a liar and a "LOW LIFE" because my sister had a GROUPON and I had not disclosed to her that my sister had a GROUPON. We ended the conversation with angry words as I told her that I would write about my horrific experience with them on every review that I come across. And I hung up.

Five minutes later, I receive a private call from someone named Anthony, who claims to be Domonique's husband. At once he starts shouting. I tell him I have nothing to say to him, but that I will definitely write about my experience online. Anthony says, "if you have anything to say, you say it to me!" I replied that I did not care to continue the conversation as he was being very obnoxious and condescending, and said to him that he can read about what I think on online reviews. He continued to use profanity and started talking about how he is number one in Westchester and doesn't care about what I write, and on that note, I ended the call.

There are many small businesses out there who provide excellent service and who are very respectful towards their clients. There is no need to deal with someone like this, ever. I would not get a facial done at this place if I knew for certain that the facial would take 10 years off my face. And lets just say that my sister will be returning her GROUPON.
