I’ve had many miserable trips to this store due to the poor lack of customer service and rude employees. Kelly and Megan are extremely unprofessional and are always talking badly about someone in the store or other employees, texting behind the counter and rolling their eyes at just about everyone and everything that they don’t like. Including the manager behind her back. I’ve heard numerous customers in the store complain about them to other shoppers, saying how much they dislike coming to this store. They make you feel like you are imposing on them when you need help with something and do just the minimal before rudely walking away. Today I told them I would be calling in a complaint after asking their names to get a response of “oh really...that’s good. Would you like customers services number” with a sassy attitude and smerk on her face. Last time I step foot in that store until they’ve been replaced.

The "help" in this store is a joke. They are rude, if you ask them to help you find something they sigh like you're bothering them. I live in New Milford, but I rarely every visit this store because the staff is always so unwelcoming.
There is also never anything there. There's always one or two items on my list that isn't stocked in the store. It's infuriating.

This store never has anything and the new people are so unhelpful and unproductive. And the management sucks. They close the store in the middle of the day . How are hairstylist supposed to get supplies.
