Advanced Therapeutic Massage is an excellent place to go to try and get to the orginal source of pain. Christine is knowledable, professional and willing to get to the bottom of the source of pain, not just eliminate the symptoms. He knowledge of the musculature and its purpose really helps you understand different techniques, postures, & lifestyle changes that you need to be aware of to maximize the health of your body. She gave a very well-rounded massage using different techniques that were relaxing and eliminated pain. She is a great choice if you are interested in learning more infomation about exercises, stretches, & other changes to try and reduce your problem areas overall. Highly recommend!

I have been going to Advanced Therapeutic Massage for a monthly relaxation massage for about 4 years now. Christine is always very caring and conscientious and always asks about my general wellness. She often helps me get relief from tension in my shoulders and neck. Her technique is very professional, using good judgment as to the amount of pressure needed. Sometimes we discuss tips on nutrition and overall physical fitness. When I am in the mood to chat (most often!) she takes interest in what I have to say. We share recipes, books, movie reviews, etc. When I need to just space out, she never intrudes on my quiet time. As Martha Stewart would say, "A monthly massage at ATM is a good thing!"
