Provided by YP.comPurchased a 1 ton dump truck with 33k and less than a month and 1000 miles later the transmitssion is completely gone. Absolutley poor customer service. I had contacted the sales person immediatley and was told I would reccieve a call back, never happened. After a week of trying to find a manager and getting bounced around from voicmail too voicemail I finally made contact with a sales manager.I was transferred to another manager who said he would cover parts or labor or figure out a deal after the truck was repaired. They ended up only paying $600 on a $3400 repair after I had just spent 20k on the vehicle. The attitude was the least bit sincere and the truck is not up to the original working condition. After the repair the shift lever is sloppy as could be, I have to put it into second gear on the dial to put it into drive as well as shift around to find all other gears. Onr the way home one of the tires failed by having half the tread ripping off and flying into traffic behind me, this supposedly passed there saftey inspections when they reccieved the truck. So if your looking for as salesman who is quick to call back when trying to make a sale but will not return your call for a week when problems occur call them. Or if your looking for upper management who bs' you then tells you tough shop here. I will never return after my first experience with this company.
