Bartz’s Party Store sells online in Walmart Marketplace. They sent my order in a improperly closed bag which resulted in most of my order being lost during transition. Instead of sending me the order that was lost, they want me to either take a 50 percent refund or return the one piece of the order I did get for full refund. I ordered a set of 6 pack of confetti. I only received 1 pack of the set of 6.
