Provided by YP.comI was shopping for cables to connect a projector to my computer but could not find them on the shelf.... It was nearly impossible ot get a store person to assist me, they were either talking ot each other or ....even as they saw me waiting for them they walked away and went into a back room without so much as a "may I help you". Customer service here was horrible I would skip this store

Provided by YP.comI bought an ipod reciever for my car 2 weeks ago. It was over $100 so they offered free installation. However they didn't have the part in stock that would mount the receiver in my car. So they made an appointment for the following saturday a full week later. I arrived on time for my appointment. the tech onsite did not have my part and said that the store would call me. Well, i sure as wasn't going to let it go after driving all the way out there. so i told him that i wanted to return the product. He turned his back on me and called someone in the store and complained for 10-15 mins about not making appointemnts for customers until the parts are in the store. What a little sissy. anyway a so called manager comes back to the auto area. yea some manger and said that he would call me personally when the part comes in. i told him to call me on the following monday regardless. Well guess what? The jerk has yet to call and I am getting pretty mad. a $200 system is sitting on my counter and i have yet to use it. I emailed their corporate hq and lodged a complaint there. my advice. forget about best buy. they don't care about their customers satisfaction.

Provided by YP.comThis would be an exceptional store except when you have to cross bluemound rd.. The people are friendly and helpful. The prices are typical. The parking lot is ALWAYS full... To bad they are on such a dangerous street.

Provided by YP.comOur HP laptop has had issues since about 1 yr. after purchase. We had purchased the 3 yr. guarantee - and they have been terrible to work with - misleading and conflicting information; lack of information; lack of customer courtesy in many interactions, including with the manager. Best Buy can improve by understanding what customer service and courtesy mean. The laptop has not worked approx. 12 of the 36 months of the warranty and been in for repeated repairs - but with no replacement provided.
