The firm began as Blommer Law Office back in 1991 when it was located in the Village community of Elm Grove located just west of the Milwaukee metropolitan area. Deborah A. Blommer began the firm as a sole practitioner, specializing in the areas of Real Estate Closings and Residential Foreclosures. In 1999, James M. Peterman joined Blommer Law Office, and Blommer Peterman, S.C. was subsequently formed in May, 2002. Our office continues to specialize in the areas of Foreclosures, Evictions, Loss Mitigation, Litigation, REO Real Estate Closings, as well as in the area of Bankruptcies as they all relate to Creditor issues. We currently represent servicers and lenders from all around the United States ; we handle their default servicing needs on properties located throughout the entire State of Wisconsin. The Attorneys together with the staff of Legal Assistants at Blommer Peterman work closely with our clients to effectively and efficiently handle our active case load. We believe that our years of experience along with our unique office structure, consistently results in superior service to our clients. Deborah A. Blommer and James M. Peterman also opened a title company in December, 2003 known as Merit Title, LLC. The fact that Blommer Peterman, S.C. has been able to utilize the services of Merit Title, LLC has allowed us to become even faster and more efficient with the processing of our foreclosure actions. It has also allowed our office to handle our client's REO Closing requests making us a law firm that can truly provide default services from beginning-to-end.
