I talked to several employees from this company about my broken dryer. Bert spent 20 minutes on the phone with me discussing what could be the issue and how to check. He was patient and kind. I explained that I had dealt with another local company who questioned my abilities as a woman to fix the dryer. Bert gave me the vote of confidence, saying that I had already completed 90% of the work. I went in, picked up the part, came home and had my dryer up and running! Their customer service is out of this world!

Wife has been nagging me about getting the oven fixed for a couple of weeks and I kept putting it off so I gave this place a try. The guy on the other end sounded shady and I had my doubts when he told me to come back the next day at 12. I found the place on my first try and was pretty pleased when I got there and it was actually a store. Don't get me wrong the guy on the other end sounded like he was getting this stuff out of his back trunk if you know what I mean. Anyhow wonderful experience will go back. Price was good and would recommend this place to anyone.
