The majority of employees you seem to know have been there part time for years or if they are full time have had their hours cut dramatically. The Grasch Food owners are a breed of owners who treat their employees with a wave of their hand while trying to catch whatever profits they can get by shafting their employees.

I have been a customer of Grasch’s for over 15 years. Their meats, seafood, deli and produce are second to none. Yes, it is a boutique store and some prices for the basics are higher than other places but you come to Grasch’s for the things you can’t get at the chain big box stores.

I dispute the other review that trashes them for allegedly getting rid of “long term” employee’s to save money. Seems I know a majority of those employees and they’re still there.

Grasch Foods has laid off a number of full time employees who have been with the company for 20+ years and are replacing them with part time employees with limited hours. The owners have repeatedly said that they "NEED MORE CUSTOMERS" but have done nothing to acquire new and loyal customers to the business. Rather than advertising or trying something new Grasch Foods is intent on saving a buck by shafting the people who work for them.
