I did not realize the variety of fabric that you had at your stores. I went to this store for the first time last year and recently went there with my daughter. Your employees are very helpful and help you find the areas of fabric that you are looking for. The sales are wonderful and their discounts are very good. I just talked to Sandy in your sewing machine department and she is helping me with a foot that I need for my sewing machine. She is also going to show me your digitizing program for the Viking sewing machines. She seems like a very nice person. I plan to shop on line and at your store on a regular basis, as I plan to sell some of my quilts that I digitize. I also will be checking to see if you have classes in landscape quilting. I suggest that you initiate some if you do not have them now.

By far the WORST customer experience I have ever experienced at a retail location. Staff was aloof and evasive. All 3 floor employees including the manager were rude and disrespectful. I have never left a store so infuriated and feeling robbed. The outright disrespect of patrons is baffling. Friends - save your time, money and happiness. Go somewhere else!

This store has the best selection of yarn that I can use. This is my preferred Joann when I can make it out there. Lots of selection of cotton yarn and baby yarn and other kinds as well.
