TERRIBLE customer service....we have ordered from this here quite a few times and have never been completely satisfied with anything. Everytime we order online something comes up missing or forgotten in our order....or delivered much later than the time they give you. We have called twice and complained...the first time we called to complain our pizza was over an hour late...they said they wrote our phone number down wrong and would send someone over with our pizza (the one that was made over an hour beforehand). We received no apologies, discount, or future coupons for return business. In between our first and last time we had a few orders with sauce missing or our pizza made wrong which we overlooked. Last time we ordered we added buffalo wings to our order....we ordered online and chose the sauce. When our order came....20 minutes late again....there was no sauce for the wings, and no dipping sauce for the breadsticks. I looked online at our order thinking maybe I messed it up....but it was Pizza Huts mistake. I decided to call and they were completely rude on the phone....after agreeing to give us ten dollars towards a future order they hung up on us on the phone...no good bye or apology for their mistake. Completely rude.

Does anyone smell over-rated? I do! Don't get me wrong, I love Pizza Hut, but they are over confident in their costumer service. I don't really have a full rating here, but I will say this: Good pizza, bad service and prices. I think I've voiced my opinion. :) (:
