I was very pleased with my first experience there for my son's first photos. The prices were unbeatable. But today I was very upset with the fact that I called to reschedule my appointment they said fine. I got there two hours early and walked around the mall to kill time. I came to my apt about 15 minutes early when I checked in they said they didn't reschedule my apt they kept my regular one and I was late so because I was given a wrong time I would have to reschedule yet again. Yes there prices are great but there staff needs more training. Just because ur prices are great that doesn't mean u can treat your customers any old way. They have lost a customer for good I refuse to spend another penny in this place.

this place was the worst.. it doesn't even deserve a star..

my mom almost started to cry....

dont ever try it...
