I did not let the foolishness keep me away. How can anyone write bad reviews about something they did not witness themselves. I purchased a wig yesterday and as in the past I was treated like a queen. Selecting a wig is just the start. They spend time fitting it perfectly and making sure you understand how to take care of it. They never even raised an eyebrow at what my head looked like under the wig I was wearing when I came in.

I, too, am grateful I did not let one incident stop me from buying a wig. Sharon and staff are knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. I will be back there and also refer others there in the future. Sharon took one look at me and picked out a wig and that was it......I would have forever been trying on the wrong ones and becoming frustrated like previous shops I had explored. Not this time. One stop sale.....and superb quality. Thank you, Sharon, for all your time and patience in answering questions. What a self esteem boost!

i went here with friend. was greeted by friendly and caring staff. haircut was great. found out prior employee with careless remark and bad attitude was fired. everyone was so gracious to me and my friend. Glad we did not let one bad incident stop us from meeting staff and owner. worth a second chance.

Sharon's was just what I needed to build back my self-esteem and self-image. The staff helped me to make an educated decision on the style and color of my wig. The day I picked it up, Sharon spent an hour trimming, fitting, and styling my wig so it fit perfectly and flattered me. I've gotten nothing but compliments on my "new do" and have nothing but praise for the staff. Sharon did such a good job that people think my synthetic wig is my own hair! I'll be back for my 2nd wig very soon!

I don't even want to give this place "one star." The way in which this young woman was treated was deplorable. Do the right thing and apologize to this customer, say you are sorry!

These women are uptight SNOBS and I hope they go out of business!

If I could give negative stars I would. Learn some compassion. Hopefully your store will close since you say everyone orders online anyways. I'm a RN if any patient asks me about a wig I will not recommend you and actually recommend against your store.

Rude!!! No compassion. The customer is always right, doesn't matter what your side of the story claims to be! Karma!!
