Owner was verbally abusive, yelled, cursed, and demanded that we pay $100 more to switch to a family plan, despite already being on one. While we calmly provided documentation and explained that the male employee had notated our account, we were told that he no longer worked for the company and because of that she wouldn't honor his word.



I'm an engineer, maintained a calm demeanor the whole time, and will be disputing the transaction on my card. I've never complained about a company online before, but I felt a strong need to let people know to find and go to another gym at all costs!
