I'm from Florida so, Publix is my life. I just love this store. Let's start off with the fact that their whole mission is to please the customer. I mean this is where shopping is a pleasure. I could go on and on about this store , but let me tell you about the other night. It was late and I think the store closed while I was in there . I saw the manger ask one of the bag boys to count the guest so, I started to rush. I knew I would hear an announcement about them closing in five minutes , but I never did. I continued my shopping and brought my groceries up front to check out. The manger was there and I apologized for keeping them so late. He advised me that there was no need to apologize and then asked me if I had everything I needed. I told him yes and asked why he didn't make an announcement that the store was closing and he responded by saying, "why would I mess up your shopping experience for that. We close when you leave" This just gave me another reason to love this place!

This store is a GEM! Always clean, brightly lit, the staff is there to help. Been shopping here for sometime. They just started printing their own coupons. (Of course they take Manufacturers coupons too). Get senior discounts on Wed.

IF they don't have the cut of meat you want, ask. If they don't stock spmething you want, just let customer service know.
