I would not recommend The Pointe at Lenox Park apartments to my worst enemy. Since moving into the complex, I watched my apartment very rapidly fall apart. Everything that went wrong was completely out of my control: the door wouldn't open (the lock jammed), a cabinet door literally fell off the hinges without being touched, the carpet frayed at the edges. The neighbors below me smoked (both cigarettes and weed) inside their apartment, to the point at which MY apartment started to smell! The neighbors across from me fought (both verbally and physically) constantly. In both cases, management did nothing about it and the police were called (by myself and other tenants as well) numerous times. Management was basically unreachable, unless you had time to physically walk into the leasing office during the workday. They never answered the phone, nor returned voice mail messages or emails. Also, while I was living there, someone broke into the mail center and stole mail from multiple mailboxes. Again, I would NOT recommend The Pointe and Lenox Park apartments.
