Nice, clean, spacious, friendly people. Close to shopping centers, restaurants, baseball fields. Very nice location.

I have lived in Hilltop for many years and have never smelled weed or have seen any crime activity. The neighbors are all normal, friendly people and the neighborhood is peaceful, very quiet and great for kids. My son loves the pool playground and baseball fields. We have had no issues at all.

I wanted to buy a townhouse here but was told that you can only have 1 dog. That really killed.it for me. I was wondering if everyone follows the rules. I know several people living there have 2 dogs.

Very unhappy with Hilltop in general. I'm a longtime resident that will be stuck here forever due to a constantly dropping resale value. They're now selling for half of what I paid, which will only get worse now that the unreasonable property manager apparently hates trees and is making it her mission to cut down all of our beautiful trees. The trees were the only selling point we had left and now the area looks delapitated. Without the shade they provided, we already notice an increase in inside temperature requiring the a/c to run more frequently. The sun will also cause more damage to the exterior of the buildings. So we are all very upset with the property manager. Unfortunately the trees are only one of many problems.

This Place looks nice and I bet it has some nice people in it but there is always a few that make it seem trashy. I was there visiting my friend who lives there. As he was showing me around, it seemed nice until we got to about Building M. Where it just smelled like weed coming out if the lower level Apartments. I would not like that if it was coming up in my Apt if i was above a lower level one. (the smell coming up through the A/C vent) Those people just have to ruin it for the others. I feel bad for people who just follow the law but those others who bring them down and make the area seem scummy.
